A Year of Customer Service and Community Focus

Over the last year, we’ve implemented a couple new programs that were in line with the Wilkins Automotive mission to deliver the best customer service possible. We believe these additions will help us by laying down a process to follow with each customer to make every visit an excellent experience. Here are some of the programs/additions you may not know about:

New Customer Lounge for happy customers!

Pit Stop Program: For about a year now, we’ve been following a Pit Stop Program that essentially allows us to invite you back to our dealership after taking ownership of one of our vehicles. This appointment is for you, the car owner, to ask us any questions you may have about your new vehicle, go over any features that you may not understand how to setup, top off the fluids in your vehicle, and introduce you to our service department! We have great plans for designing this “pit stop” area this year, so make sure you stop by and stay connected for exciting new details as they come!

Preferred Owner Program: Whether you just purchased a vehicle from us, or you visited for service, you’ll have the opportunity to sign up for our Preferred Owner Program. This lets you earn “points”or vehicle purchase. Each time you visit for service (includes parts and labor), or purchase parts or accessories, you earn 3% of total points you spend. that’s almost 10 points you can save for your next visit! We also reward you 250 sales points (towards future vehicle purchase) when you buy a new Buick or GMC vehicle from us! Plus more discounts for Preferred Owners only!

Continued Community Outreach: Throughout 2011, our dealership was involved in 17 events in the community surrounding our dealership, from Glen Burnie to Baltimore, even to New Jersey! These events included our Annual Pet Adopt-A-Thon, Summer Socials at the Inner Harbor, an educational event for Cub Scouts at our dealership, Baltimore Ravens autograph signing, Hurricane Sandy Relief, and a local Veterans Day Car Show! We had a blast and always enjoy new opportunities to get to know our community.
