GM Geeks Help Consumers Connect With Car Tech

That’s right. General Motors has announced another way to assist you after recently purchasing a new GM vehicle with IntelliLink. We’re focusing specifically on the 2013 GMC Terrain. As of last November, a team of Connected Customer Specialists are visiting GM dealerships and meeting with sales teams to teach them best practices on helping new car owners customize their IntelliLink  to their needs and interests.

“I also like to point out fun short-cuts,” said Adam Luebbers, a Connected Customer Specialist in Michigan.” Most users don’t know that instead of browsing into the phone menu, an owner can just say “Connect” with voice command and IntelliLink will start pairing a Bluetooth phone. They’re always amazed by how quick and easy the system is to use.”

These Connected Customer Specialists are “techies” at heart, but they understand that not everyone will be at their same level of understanding. They take complex technology, and explain it in a way that anyone can understand and fully take advantage of the features in their new vehicle.
